Faulty car

May 2014 i bought a Ford ecosport from Furry ford woodmead, the same month i bought it i was already complaining as it as incorrectly advertised it didnt have some of the things that were on the advert, it also had sound, sync and petrol gauge problems, the service i received wasnt so good as i had to call them to find out whats happening, the dealership principal Scott knew about this problem from the start. i was on their case until they took my car and tried to fix it, they only fixed the sync the petrol gauge is better i can live with it though i would like for it to be fixed, the sound is a huge problem as you cant hear anything that plays via USB or CD, this year ive been making follow ups, no one responds to my emails they are all ignoring me
