Excellent service - Fury Ford on William Nicol

Thank you to Bernie Rakow and Jabu Mthethwa from Fury Ford on William Nicol regarding an incident that occurred yesterday afternoon (2019/06/05).

I accidentally locked my keys in my boot resulting in me not having access to my wallet as well. I phoned Fury Ford offices requesting assistance and they went out of their way to assist me.

At first, I wanted to take an Uber to my flat but because I did not have access to my wallet, I could not go that route. There were two things left to do: break my car window; or get a locksmith to open the door which would have been too expensive for me. Having no drivers for the courtesy cars as they were busy, Bernie took matters into his own hands and came to fetch me using his private vehicle. After picking up the keys at my home, which is about 15 km away from Sandton City, he dropped me off at our offices.

Just to mention that all this happened during peak hours and Bernie did not ask me to contribute towards his petrol or time that was used. It is very seldom that you hear of such amazing service especially in South Africa. People need to know that you still get kind, caring people out there who are focused on keeping the client happy.

I do not know what I would have done if Bernie and Jabu did not help me out yesterday. I am forever grateful to both of them. Thank you for the exceptional service.
