Eager to take money and not to service

Useless technical staff that believe gearboxes leaking oil is fine. This is the second time I've got my car back this year that it's not fine. For the 90000km service I told them the gearbox was jerking when changing gears and it was leaking oil. They insisted it was fine. Not even 5000km later the gearbox failed. The **** extended warranty ford fury sold me didn't cover it fully so I had to pay. 2 months later I get a car back that still jerks about changing gears and leaks oil from the gear box. The general lack of service and non understanding of their products is disgusting. I had to end up dealing directly with their service providers to get anything done. And this is a ford ranger they sold me. After sales service is non existent
