Complaint

I've had the worst experience with Ford Fury Midrand!!!!!!! I bought a Ford Fiesta Demo from Barloworld Ford in Bruma and they were phenomenal so i then bought my second demo from ford fury Midrand!! Expecting the same quality service from them but what a shocking experience..Their sales team goes the extra mile but the technical team doesn't comply with the promise of Ford Fury,I wonder though if all Ford Fury branches gives sich BAD technical service! ?Ford prone on their 160 point check but Ford Fury Midrand!! Do not deliver this promise, they gave my car back to the salesman saying they checked everything and all is fine..but when i got my car ,my car's brakes made noise,my wipers made noise my engine made a noise my sump cover was loose.I went back and gave a complaint and they told me i must wait for a courtesy car but i couldnt drive my car with the noise of the brakes,i had to take my car to a private workshop and after loosening the wheel nuts the rim was rusted so badly to the hub that they had to spray penetration oil and leave it for a couple of hours before they were able to pull it of from the hub.My question to ford fury is,how can you claim that a 160 point check has been done if the wheels was rusted to the hub and thus never removed from the hub?so doing a 160 point check is a blatant lie to a unsuspecting customer and that is just of the 1 problems i've had. If these kind of lie is acceptable to other customers it is NOT acceptable to me. After eventually getting an appointment to look at my car,i got my car after 2 weeks only minor adjustments were made i.e wiper blades changed ,service light reset and brakes were blown out with air .When i queried this with the Foreman (Christo)he said "its difficult for me to tell you what we did on the car as we get 80 cars a day". So i left it there and i went to the person who handles the jobcards to find out what they did and i left .I would like to get in contact with other consumers that had a similar experience. Alternatively i need answers from Ford Fury before taking it further. Is Ford still the best choice for the consumer ?..
