Car sent in for Service not returned

I am very unhappy with the shoddy customer service at Ford Fury Fourways. I booked my car for service and took it in this morning (21st August 2015) and I was told that I would get it back by the end of the day. As you would imagine, I was very shocked to get a call from them an hour before they closed, 5pm, to tell me that I would have to spend the entire weekend without a car because they were experiencing load shedding and that my car was stuck on one of their lifts. After I'd had a look at the load shedding schedule, which said that the power would be back in that area at 4:30, I gave them a call at 4:45 to see if I could go by to pick up my car but their phones were down and I could not get through to anybody. They did not even have the courtesy to lend me a car or even organize a lift for me to get home, which is all the way in the Eastrand! Not to mention that my wife could go into labour at any time and I will not have a car to take her to the hospital should this happen. This is utterly ridiculous and I am disgusted at this terrible service.
