Car problems after service

Hi, I took my car for service at Ford Fury Midrand. The car was also overheating. It took more than 3 months for ford to fix problem. The car is 35000km and still under warranty. I fetched the car today. The boot doesnt open and the rare doors also do not lock. This is a safety concern because the car is easily accessible. The back seats also moves as they are sat on.
