breaks my car with every service

<p>On the 1st service(20000km) the didnt turn on the water tank's lud properly so it burst and it was overheating while i was on holiday a day after the service was done so i had to fix it myself because it was over a weekend and the customer service is horrible. So i took it for its 40000km service and then my handbrake didnt work. I lodged a complaint and Travis sent his boys who pulled my handbrake a little and told me okay its fine but when they just left i tested it and my handbrake still didnt work! So i told Travis to send his boys again and they took my car in. so after ive been told that i should park my car in gear and stuff to try to cover the handbrake problem Travis tries to tell me that my car drives a dirtroad thats why theres a part missing and thats why my handbrake isnt working after its been for a service. And the best part, my car is still under warranty but i have to pay for it! Dont take your car there, they either break your car or things just go missing! Then Travis tells me im verbally abusing him if i keep tellimg him he must make a plan. Really you cant keep covering your tracks by trying to manipulate your clients so they must shut up! You treated me in a dishonest way and theres no integrity there. Super bad service! I actually dont want a ford ever again</p>
