Breakpad not changed on a major service

I took my car for a major service(90kms) on the 5th of December 2024 after the service I couldn't drive the car since I was heavily pregnant but to my surprise January when driving the car I could feel it that break pads weren't changed.... I wrote an email to them until now I haven't received feedback... Is not that when they do major service they have to change break pads am so disappointed with their service and I don't think I will take my car for a service there again
