Bad service on Ford Ranger

Took my car for service at Ford Woodmead, the suspension was not ok they told me they had tightened some bolts and it should be fine, weeks later it’s still not ok. The rubber on rear passenger window is letting air in, they said they would replace it under warranty. I call and leave messages for the dealer to call me back and I’m always told they are busy and I will receive a call back
