Bad Service and Complaint

Dear Craig <br> I just wanted to bring something to your attention that i'm not happy with.<br> <br> I submitted an application last week for a Kia Picanto that Gavin is selling.<br> <br> Have been waiting for feedback for a week now. I called Gavin today to find out about the status of my applicfation and he asked me to call Jarche the finance manager. I then went on to call him and he advised me that the application was declined due to the fact that i'm not a South African citizen. To my suprise i submitted my Permamanet Res Documents to them.<br> <br> He tell me that all the banks declined because of that and his just waiting for Jabu from Absa to get back to him since 10:45am.<br> <br> I went on to call Absa and they adviced me that the application was only submitted yesterday at 17:00pm. I was very shocked to hear this after he told me so many stories yesterday that he was just waiting for the forencic department to get back to him and the traffic department. I also called Standard bank they told me that they is no application on the system same as FNB.<br> <br> I am so puzzled with this as this has taken so long and i'm so shocked with what the banks are telling me.<br> <br> Hope to hear from you soonest as i am not impresse
