Bad Service

They promised me a transport to work, after booking the car they made me wait for almost 2 hours for transport and when i try to complain she said there is nothing she can do, just to see that i will not take that as an answer that's when she organised another driver, However when i complain they said my destination(Jet Park) is too far( approx. 32 km) while they were people who came after me who were going to randburg ( approx. 26 km) were given transport before me. after i was 2 hours late at work i had to get into another transport negotiation, they call me 3 hours later that they want to come pick me up to collect the car, this debate was caused because they wanted to come pick me up from jet park and take me to Pretoria( 56 km away) which means i will have to take another 2 hours from my day. i was not happy about this service after being the last person to go to work relative to the people that came at the same time with me and even some who came after me. This was so bad that even when i asked to speak to the branch manager to get better help they did not want to transfer me to the person. And my statement came with the comment that i was happy and i never said such
