Bad Service

Our Car was serviced by Ford Fury in Midrand. We advised them that the car is making a funny hunting noise and that the "gage/refs" are not constant and is giving problems! We received the car back and we were advised that nothing is wrong with the car and that they tested the car. The car kept on giving problems leaving me stranded at work once and at home one morning. I have a 4 month old baby and can not afford for me and my baby getting stranded! The car was taken back which we were told again everything is fine! This morning the car just wouldn't start again and I eventually got it to start. I took it into Ford Action Roodepoort and received excellent service where withing 3 hours they picked up the problem and advised me that the one cell on the battery is dead and that its causing the car to malfunction because the car is not receiving enough power. Ford Fury is not taking responsibility for not picking up the fault on the car after the car was sent to them numerous times.
