Avoid Ford fury fourways, Otherwise you will regret it!!!!!

<p>Took my car in on Monay (21/11/2016) for a new lock and key set.</p> <p>I was promised my car will be done before close of business day on Tuesday (22/11/2016). On Tuesday, I call the dealership for an update as they had not communicated with me all day. Only to be told my car will not be done because they had difficulties contacting their factory and quote "it slipped my mind to update you" said my consultant. I go to the dealership and demand an explaination and they blame the courier company that delivered the keys late. None of this my problem and I leave the dealership with no car. I am now promised Wednesday morning (23/11/2016) that all will be done.</p> <p>Today (23/11/2016), I get a call from them saying one of their technicians broke the new keys in my ignition and they have to start again and get a new key set. Again, none of this is my problem. I am told that at this point they cannot promise a finish date with my car that was meant to be finished yesterday!!!!!</p> <p> </p> <p>This is highly inconvenient, unacceptable and the worst service I have ever received from a FORD dealership since I have been a customer to them from 2013.</p>
