1st service and already a bad experience

My vehicle went in for its first service at Ford Woodmead on the 15th of December 2016. They only changed the oil on the service and still managed to get this wrong. My brand new Focus st is smoking and I decided to check the oil level only to see the oil level is way way over where it is supposed to be! Furthermore the vehicles trip computer has not been reset and constantly tells me to change oil. I mean come on guys this is not good service after the 1st year of the vehicle. I need assistance to get this fixed as it is totally unacceptable.<br> <br> Chris Rademeyer
