Furious with Ford Fury, William Nicol

Very disappointed that not one person in your workshop or admin department had the courtesy to confirm that my car had safely arrived at your workshop, after it was towed there, after a cable in the gearbox had snapped. A cable, I might add, that was not correctly checked when I had my clutch replaced three months ago. Also, not one staffer at Ford Fury has had the decency to apologise for this error, which could have cost me my life. Cable snapped while I was driving and completely immobilised the car.
