Ford Fury William Nichol, worst possible service ever, ever!

My Stood at Ford Fury William Nichol 7 Times last year for more than 3 weeks at a time with the longest being 6 weeks. The latest stint has now been for over 4 weeks with no end in sight. No one calls you and there is just no inkling of customer service or sense of urgency to get your car repaired. All of this while my vehicle is still under warranty. I will never ever ever ever buy aFord again and I would never ever encourage anyone to get their car serviced or repaired at FORD FURY WILLIAM NICHOL
