Ford Fury Vindicates Itself

In response to a detailed email which I sent to the director at this company, I received a very apologetic phonecall on Friday afternoon. The manager promised to sort out everything and establish the line of communication which failed in my case. She also explained that the company is undergoing the challenges of new ownership. I am grateful for the personal attention and am waiting to hear further. But happy to confirm that my car is fine and home and running well.
