Engine light for over 8months

I have been sending my Ford Focus 2016 for engine light for over 8months now,the sad part is I am the one who must call the service advisor for the follow ups,I am really experiencing the bad service from my service advisor called Natasha,if I am not call her to check what’s happening with my car she won’t even bother to call and update me,my car is there for 5 days now and wen I call her she would tell me she call me not long,and obviously she won’t call me which is not the first time. I am really concerned that how Is possible that if i have send my car for engine light,the same day it will appear again which is giving me a frustration,they don’t even bother to give me courtesy car l,today she told me that it will be ready next week Wednesday which is I have to see my self what I am gonna don with the transport. Honestly it’s very frustrating.
