Disrepected

My son needed to replace the 2 front speakers of his Ford Fiesta. I popped into Fury Ford they tested them and suggested I order 2. Was told it wouldn’t take long to install. When I dropped off the car on Fri morning got a call from the service lady to tell me that the labour for speakers plus to install a back tail light would be 3k plus vat. Told her I wanted to speak to the dealer principal. A technical guy spoke to me and I told him that it could not possible take an hour to fit a tail light globe so he reduced the price to 2k. When I asked what time the car would be ready he said that mine is not the only car there today. And suggested that I come at 4. When I arrived to fetch the car the car wouldn’t start.The car was probably left on so it drained the battery. The service lady looked at me as if it was my fault. They then got a service guy to jump start that car. Told me that they would call me in the morning to see if all was ok. Still have not heard a word. I feel so disrespected. Sad as my son loves his Ford however in years to come I doubt he will ever buy another one due to the poor way in which we were treated. Think their labour costs are also higher then BMW.
