Bad services and Accountability

On Friday 27th i took my car in for diagnosis at Ford Fury William Nicole and I must say it has been the worst experience ever ,. The car had a sound problem which we asked them to look at . The took forever to diagnose the car and in the process misdiagnosed the course , which we then had approved a quote based on their findings and solution suggestions by monday morning at 8:45 , on Wednesday morning the vehicle was still not fixed when i went in to check , they then told me the vehicle part had just arrived at 1:20 pm mechanics would then start working on the car and i could have it ready by evening which was not the case , i had asked them to then see if insurance could approve other parts then we could schedule the work for another time when we can bring the car ,Only to receive a call yesterday saying they have realized that the actual cause of the sound issue is now the Fly wheel , I then told they must fix it and I'll pay for the accurate diagnosis and they must take liability for the 1st wrongful diagnosis, which now they say I approved the quote of the 1st one therefore I must pay for it . I only approved cause I was told it's a problem and if fixed the sound will be hone . I am contesting this , there's an actual undermining here as their duty/brunch or maintenance manager won't even call or Liaison won’t even lodge my grievance I can't even be put through to , I'm just told you approved then you must pay so that's supposed to make findings error ok.

We choose to go to dealerships because of the sold ideology peace of mind , experienced expects mechanics brand specific and great turnaround times none of that has been reassemble by your people at this branch, mind you this is a shuttle fleet vehicle that's delayed no matter how I have communicated to the Lyvonne Browns the liason or person handling the case.

This is bullying, abusive and outright wrong . A clients approval based on expects suggestions , doesn’t make their liability void .
