POOR SERVICE FROM FORD AMANZIMTOTI SERVICE DEPARTMENT

Car was serviced a month ago, being advised that there is a safety recall that would be repaired - very impressed the organised the warantee claim etc.

To my dismay, all my lights came on in the first week of Jan, ABS, Traction Control, Hill Assisit, and 4wd overheating. Wanted to book my car in, was only able to help me on the 21st of Jan - it being my only transport I begged and pleaded for an early booking, after being told, the diagnostic machine is fully booked and the guy doing it is on training, i asked if he had to die who would do the job, so I got a booking on the 16th of Jan. Booked my car in, only to be called back that the diagnostic machine says exactly the same as the cars' computer - since then my car has been left outside the dealership with no attendance since the date of booking it in. DISGUSTING SERVICE - DEVASTATED No fault finding has been started.
