Pathetic Service from Ford Fury Toti with an *********** sales person

I had the most pathetic service from Ford Fury in Amanzimtoti. I dealt with Mike Claase who was the most *********** sales person that I have ever dealt with. I never received a quote from him. He never informed me about the prices on the extras for the vehicle for my approval. He sent through the escalated amounts for finance only for the finance to be declined due to the price being too. He did not call me to inform me on the progress of the vehicle. A week had passed and I called him and only then did he inform me of the prices of the extras on the vehicle. I advised him to get his finance lady to call me regarding why the deal declined and he did not do that as well. I called him myself again 3 days later to ask him to send me the quote so I can arrange my own finance. I got told he will send it shortly. An hour later when I called him he said he was waiting for his Manager to come out of his meeting to amend the invoice. I wasn't sure what invoice because he was going to send me a quote. After another message to him I got told that his Manager will call me. His Manager, Carl, called me to tell me that the vehicle had been sold. I had been dealing with Mike for over a week and he never told me that the vehicle was sold. When Carl asked if the Finance lady had called me to advise me on the progress which she was supposed to do, my response was NO!!! So the service received from Ford Fury from all parties responsible was pathetic and I would never deal with the dealership again!!! I bought a vehicle from another dealership with no hassles
