Disgusted at the terrible service

I am appaulled at the service in Dundee Ford. I purchased a brand new Ford ranger and than was ******* by given a secind hand canopy. DP has only provided excuses. Even owner seems to be covering for his staff. Also attempted on numerous occasions to get help from Head office but all to no avail am sick of the level of complacency with regard to lack of service by a cimpany of such great magnitude. Will never advise anyone to purchase from Dundee Ford as i have been ********** and its over 3 months now and am runmimg round from pillar to post like a headless chicken.
