Warranty Breach

My experience was hell at the Ford Cmh in Umgeni. Sbu Madondo who is a service personal is/was rude towards me. My clutch on my Ford Ranger 2.2 2017 failed. Car was towed on Sunday when i called on Monday Sbu said he doesnt have time for my car i got it at Ford Fury so im not on his priority list they might check it Wednesday. When i called on Tuesday he said i am starting to irritate or becoming a nuisance (isicefe) he will not touch my car he has cars who booked a service long time ago. Wednesday they filed that my clutch s burnt (it did not smell when it failed) and this is because of my driving...i apparently drive with the clutch parshely pressed (who does that)and i carry heavy things...mind u i use it to go to and from work n carry nothing in it. I refered Sbu to my Ford 4yr Warranty coz my car is still on 28k km he said he knows they will not cover this & im not the first one this has happened to. I urged him to atleast open a claim & state the oil that came out when i pressed the clutch and no burn smell he said im wasting his time they wont even investigate the oil, the clutch s burnt thats it. My insurance begged him to lodge a claim so they have a hard copy of tge claim being rejected so they can take it from there.
