Ford *****s

I am very disappointed and appalled. My husband took our car for a service at Ford Pretoria North and upon receipt of our vehicle, once we got home he realised that his new perfume that we just bought this past Saturday was missing. He reported this to Ford and they advised they would investigate. Today they call him and tell him that the guy who assisted says he didn't take the perfume and there is nothing they can do, they have a nerve to tell him that he is the 1st person to complain, what does that have to do with anything, I have had bad service from Ford before but this takes the cake. I will spread the word and let everybody know that Ford Pretoria North is a no no and we will never purchase a Ford ever again. This is utter nonsense.
