Ford sold me a broken car

I bought a new Ford Kuga at Steyns Auto in Pretoria in July 2014. On the 21 of Feb 2015 the car overheated. I took it to the nearest dealership which is supreme auto in Mafikeng. i was told that the car needed a new engine and on the 6 March i was also told that the clock spring needs to be fixed. Few days after that the indicator was not working and then they couldnt program the car. Basically there has been one thing after another and up until now my car is still not back. Besides the fact that i had to fight for courtesy car, i am sitting here and being sent from pillar to post. Ford doesnt want to replace the car and has the decency to tell me that it will be expensive to do that,bearin mind that i am still paying the bank for the car i dont have. This is a classic case of a ****ty customer service and thanks for nothing type of an attitude. Ford dont even know when will the car be fixed and if it ever will and has the guts to tell me they cant give me a new car . the next thing will be for them to drop the same broken car back to me and make it my baby. If you ever think of buying ford think i gain. You dont want to be in a ****ty situation like me! Nomalungelo Radebe
