FORD - NO SERVICE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

we took a vehicle to Ford for repairs. the vehicle is still with Ford. we took the vehicle in on 1 October 2018. Please take note that the vehicle was in a running condition, we drove the vehicle there.

When ford was done with the vehicle they requested that we should replace the injectors and starter or we should remove the vehicle from their site if we do not want them to assist us with the replacement of these parts.

We spoke to several people including Pieter Verster regarding this issue and no one can help us. Ford is also refusing to assist us with the Starter and injectors financially that is no longer working since it went to Ford. it was burned at Ford. we have a Injectors report that shows that the injectors was not faulty when it was with Ford, now the injectors is not working anymore. same thing with the starter. According to Rudi the workshop foreman they use Quick Start to start the vehicles at their workshop.

in the meanwhile I am sitting without transport. and financially I can not afford the quotation of the repairs that was sent by Ford.

I am very disappointed with Ford customer care, with Ford in General and the way the treat their customers. I will never ever buy a ford, or advice anyone to buy any Ford products due to the poor service.
