Ford

Hi. I published a review on the 6 October. We're Ford would not honor my final service due to it having expired the day before. I then called them back and spoke to the manager. Who was very sympathetic and said he would call me back in a few minutes. Wow and behold the workshop Manager called me back 10minutes later. He said they looked into my service plan and that they will honor my plan. I was very pleased with their decision. Well done to the Ford managers and thank you.
