Ford Claremont Worst Customer Service

We received the worst customer service. My father dropped the car for a service today as it was due and he spoke to Mandy. He was told by Mandy that there is no driver that can drop him at home and they not going to risk taking him home even if there was a driver. My father took the risk to drop the car in Claremont. If they were so over customer service why didn't they phone me in the morning to reschedule the service seeing that it was so risky to drive
