I bought my fird ecosport on the 5th Oct 2016.my car was due for its last service on the 4th Oct. Which was on a Sunday. I called in a week before to book an appointment and given today 5th as it was the first booking they had. No one suggested that il be out of service date and see if ii can get it in at another dealership before the 4th Oct. I am now called and told that my warranty expired yesterday and wy did u not go elsewhere. Wy did they also not advise me on that. I have been bringing my car into that branch since I bought it.
