Never purchase from this place

<p>We to bring to your attention at head office the following:</p> <p> </p> <p>We purchased a vehicle from Barloworld Ford Bruma at the used vehicles section 4 years ago, this was a white Mercedes Vito. When we purchased the vehicle we were informed that they don’t have the spare key at the moment for the vehicle but they will be sure to get this for us ASAP.</p> <p> </p> <p>It has now been 4 years, we paying the last instalment on this vehicle in November this year 2017 and we still battling with them to get this spare key. I have been in contact with Joseph, who works there a numerous times which he has been very helpful. I called him this morning 3rd May 2017 @ 10:00am and he informed me that the management at this branch is now expecting him to pay out of his own pocket for this spare key which I think is very very disgusting.</p> <p> </p> <p>Seems as if management at this place Jimmy and Barry can’t do their job properly and request that head office look into this as they now want to ***** their employees money which they should be paying for.</p> <p> </p> <p>Please can you have a look into this and get back to me ASAP, as my only next option is to take this branch to court and then maybe Barry or Jimmy will maybe do their job properly and get this key which we’ve been waiting for.</p>
