Ford struggling to find problem, becomes my problem
Our car has been at Ford Bruma since Monday, up until now I still have no idea what is actually wrong.
They have said that they do not have a courtesy car for me, and I cannot get to work and back home.
I sincerely do not appreciate the dealerprincipal telling me to get Uber, as Uber will cost me R168 one way. I DO NOT HAVE MONEY TO WASTE DUE TO FORD"S INABILITY TO RESOLVE THE PROBLEM WITH MY CAR.
I keep being patient. I have not been phoned once to give me a status update on my car.
I called at 11h00, and they said they think that it may be the ABS pump, may be this may be that. So, still no exact confirmation as to the actual problem, or how long it will take to resolve. I then spoke to the DP at 11h30, and explained the situation to him and then said he will phone me back, at 13h45 I then called him back. He then told me he does not have a car to give me and that I should take Uber. After getting a little annoyed, he then offered to organise a driver. At 14h00 I called the manager and left a message, he called back at 14h30 to tell me that it may be this or that. But still busy checking.
We bought a car which is under warranty as we did not want to stuggle, and now we are doing just that.
Speaking to a dealer principal who has a "don't care attitude".
This is my only car, and I cannot afford not to have a car, or pay almost R400 for transport a day.
Please could someone who can help resolve this, urgently give me a call.
