FORD NEED I SAY MORE...

<p>So to make a long story short. My cars water pipe broke so my car overheated which caused the headgasget to blow and this caused the whole engine to seized. They towed my car to Ford Bruma which at the time was the closest. My car was standing there for over a week before any one even looked at the car. The reason was the battery went so they could not start the car...which is a pathetic excuse. So i had to make plan for a battery or jumpers so that they can start the car to see the problem. After this eventually happened and the car was started to determine the damage they said that the whole engine needs to be replaced. Waiting for warrenty to approve and a new engine to be ordered. Car was take to Ford Bruma on the 25.02.2017. Car was sitting at Ford Bruma for between 3-4 weeks. They told me that they will get police clearance fo rthe new engine that they put in my car. It is now July and guess what no police clearance. After numerous phones calls to service advisor Mahadi and service foreman Peter still no luck they do not even phone back after they say they will.
