Ford Bruma

2 months back I bought my ford ranger 2.0SiT at NMI Ford Bruma. The sales person assisted me was Frank. On delivery of my vehicle in Thabazimbi, I signed the contract and I was promised to recieve a copy of my contract within a day or two. The left headlight trim cover was damaged and Frank apologized for not mentioning it due to the fact that he did not see it. He promised me that 2 new covers will be ordered and couriered to me by the end of the week. Up until now, after many phone calls and promises I did not recieved any. Not the contract neither the light cover. My messages that I have send gets only rep**** to after a day or two. This is pathetic.....
