Excellent Service from Nelius and his team

Our Ford Ranger was recently booked in for checks and repairs at another Ford dealership. There were some problems with them and a general unwillingness to assist and eventually instructed the dealership to just assemble the car again so that we could get our car back. (Replacement of glow plugs, injectors, radio)

We contacted Nelius Botha, the service manager at Ford Bruma, who went out of his way to assist us and to make sure that our problems were resolved. He phoned the previous dealership to get an understanding of what they were trying to do, and told us to bring the car to him. He and his team thoroughly inspected and tested the parts, found that the injectors was working perfectly and replaced the rest.

We would like to thanks Nelius and the team at Ford Bruma for their assistance and putting in the extra effort to help us and get the car fixed and back to us, and doing it very quickly and efficiently.
