day light *******/poor service.I don't know the good word to express it

I took my ford bantam to this dealership for service only, it was fine and driving on the 13/03/2020, I even asked them it's gonna take them how long they said I should get it the very same after, they phoned me during the day they said they have got a quote for me and the lady said it's gonna be 4000 some odd rand, I asked her if they have contacted innovation group because they are the one who's going to pay, then she said she is going to contact them, she phoned me with the next quote it was was 16000 odd rand because they said they discovered that the spark pluck was not tightening it's gonna be a big job. she going to get back to me before they close, she never did, I phoned on them 16/03/2020 and said I want my car as it was, which they failed to do so, Dion from that dealer phoned and said the car if I take it as it is, it might burn and it's not gonna be their fault, he said he is going to contact me tomorrow after 3:00 with the new quote, now I have to suffer because of their fault and they saying I might have taken the car to the mechanic ,which I never did
