Customer Service and people skills need work

The worst service I have ever received!!! In Ford Fiestas when you pull up the handbrake there is a hole that appears at the base of the actual handbrake. It’s not a big hole but it is big enough for house keys, a ring and bank cards to fall into. Lo and behold my gate remote went flying down there. A designer flaw no less. I call up Bruma Ford and they tell me they will charge me a labour fee of R950 to get it out. A DESIGN FLOOR THAT I MUST PAY FOR. I then go onto YouTube and find not one, not two but 26 pages of videos on “ How to get your lost stuff out “. This is clearly a huge problem but the fact that Ford Bruma made me feel stupid and idiotic by claiming “ we have never heard of this” is obscene, rude and down right arrogant. GOOD LUCK if you chose to use this Ford
