Bad service at Fordbruma

My car went aircon service at Ford bruma and I had to return it 3 times because it was coming back the same, on third time the service advisor told me that my car was diagnosed and I'm requesting my money for parts replacement not being folty the service manager Fanie is refusing to pay Back my money.
