Awful service

Well I must say Ford Burma has the worst service ever, My car was towed in at the dealer last week Thursday 19 October till today my car has'by been checked to see what the problem is my husband and I have spoken to Sophie and Deon who have repeatedly assured me the car will be checked and I will receive a call by the end of business day today 24 October 2017 as usually that was an empty promise because I still haven't received the call or the service that I deserve as a customer. Deon and Sophie clearly don't know the meaning of customer service other wise I wouldn't have to constantly call them all the time to get an update my husband has also gone to the dealer several times we still don't get any assistance
