Above & beyond customer service

<p>To the entire workshop team and especially Nelius Botha (Service Manager), I would like to say a very big THANK YOU for your hard work. I have had my vehicle at three different Ford Dealerships and none of them took the time to establish what is the cause of my EXTREMLY noisy brakes. Nelius thank you for personally taking responsibility and ensuring that the cause (which none of the dealerships was willing to do) was located and the problem was eradicated. To Nelius and his entire work shop team a very big thank you from my side, you now have a customer for life. Well DONE!!!!!!!!!!!!</p> <p> </p>
