Poor customer service

I bought a brand new Ford ranger xlt from the Brits Ford dealership. It now has 9400km on the clocks and it has a shuddering clutch if pulling away on a incline and scratchy gear shift. The first line of customer service was highly unprofseional and offensive and to the point where i had to get aggravated and request for the manager. Do these people who are the customers first impression and face of the company not know to treat customers that have come backs with extra sensitivity. I was questioned as to it being strange and these rangers don't have this problem, hello I'm not stupid I know what a clutch should and not feel like after driving for 20 years. I feel the dealership looks good from outs side but it's like a piece of dog s@#t with icing sugar sprinkled over it to cover up the rot inside. Not impressed and not happy at all. Next vehicle service for sure not in Brits and in fact next purchase perhaps another brand vehicle.
