Be warned BRITS FORD don't care about you!

I bought a VW golf gti from Brits Ford on the 25th Of January 2019. My sales person was AK Sultan. The very same day I bought the car he promised that since I'm in Johannesburg he will send the vehicle's registration papers via email on the 30th of January 2019 so I can register the vehicle under GP. Till today the car is still not registered and has no licence plate. Everyday is a different story .The first permit expired and he couriered a second FORGED permit which has also expired. The Car almost got impounded. I'm still waiting!!

During this time the vehicle not even a month old, the air con system failed and I had to pay R 5 800.00 to get it repaired. The vehicle also has some wheel bearing sound which is very loud especially when driving on the motorway. When they sold me the vehicle, it had no wheel lock nut keys. What was I going to do if I had a flat tire in the middle of nowhere. I had to fight for them to purchase a new set of lock nuts and remove the old ones. The spanner in the boot is not the VW spanner, this means I cannot open the lock nuts as the spanner does not accommodate the lock nut keys.

I'm going to fight until they do the right thing. But please avoid BRITS FORD at all cost. It is platforms like Hello peter that help us avoid unnecessary trouble. PLEASE BE WARNED!!.
