Unsatisfactory Service

My 2019 Ford Ambiente just decided it will not start, l towed it vehicle to Ford Alberton, the vehicle has a warranty and a service plan. A day later l got a call saying l am not covered, their Quote to fix my car was R17000, tried querying it but my complaint fell on deaf ears.
