Unhappy Ford owner

So I keep getting e-mails and messages to please come and service my car at their branch. I called yesterday at 10:33, but was told everyone in service department is busy on the line and that I will get a call back shortly. Took my name and number... guess what they are probably still busy. Poor people. No one as yet called me back. I called again to speak to a manager and even him not available. My previous experience with them I received my car with a hell of a dent in my door and I was told I signed for it. And I personally think they should rather close the doors or get more compitant people to run the business. Bad bad bad as hell.
