Theft is the order of the day and very much tolerated at this branch

I took my car there for service with a full set of carpets, and came back with one missing. When I called the service advisor and informed her about it, she said she'd ask the guys working at wash bay, and she gave me a call back saying those guys have no idea and that there's no carpet there. I mean so to them it's ok for me to take my car there with full set of carpets and comes back with one missing? The lack of accountability at this branch is disgusting.
