No feedback!!

So disgusted with the service I have received from Ford Alberton. My car has been with them since Monday, it is Thursday and I do not get any feedback unless I call them. Caren is apparently my service agent but she hasn't called me once to let me know what is going on with my car. She can't tell me what is happening or what the estimated time is when my car will be finished. I use my car for work and now everything is standing still because of their useless service...
