Disgusted Ford client

I would give this business a rating of 0 for customer service and simple etiquette on answering calls , my problem with this company is , I sent my car in for a service a mont back , I have mags on my car and I wanted to check my brake pads , when I noticed that a few of the nuts were not fastened at all and 2 or 3 nuts were completely stripped so can't get the wheels off to check , this is not the first time something similar happened with my wife's car when for lost her key for the lock nut , and them sent me to go spend hours trying to get the wheel off. What if I was driving and the wheel came off. But try get hold of these people and see what happens , they say they will get someone to call back still waiting . Don't take your car there , it's a money money situation that's all , not worried about the client at all. GRANT
