Car at Ford alberton

I have a problem with Ford alberton, I took my car for a diagnostic test of which it took them 3 days to do it I'm the one who kept calling them asking about the car on that third day I was mad Iwent there to fetch my car they are now telling me I need to come with a tow truck my car won't start while I drove it when it came in now it needs a tow truck to come out please help
