Package never delivered

ordered with the company over a month ago and paid additional for dhl express. Instead i got a tracking number for 17track which has all 1 star reviews and all the reviewers said they never received their package. What should've been through one tracking company that i know and trust was sent through another which has overwhelming ***** accusations. I contacted them via the forchics help email and no response. The website feels like a ****. At this point i am confident i will never receive my package. Safe your money stay away.
