Poor service inferior tools

I bought a bearing nut fastner socket when i usesd it the first time three of the connector point broke of i returned the socket with invoice waited three weeks and decided to call them only to be told no warranty on special tools this however were never brought to my attention i would not recommend them to anyone as there service are pathetic and no customer liaison
